Individual Therapy
People come to therapy for all kinds of reasons: loss, depression, relationship ruptures, anxiety, to process through significant life changes, etc. Individual therapy offers a non-judgmental space to get to know yourself and learn to respond rather than react to life and all that it may throw at you. My therapy practice is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Narrative Therapy. This means that our work will focus on helping you gain insight into your inner system of relationships, explore the story and beliefs that different parts of you hold, and begin to create a new relationship and connection to yourself.
